"We are proud owners of Pit-2-Go which we purchased at your booth in the Pomona RV show. We are going camping with 6 other couples the weekend of 11/7/98 and will be showing it off for the first time! We were wondering if you had some brochures and/or order forms you could mail us so we can share them with our friends?
Thanks for inventing such a great product - it has replaced our old wash tub! Congratulations on such a great idea and we wish you the best of luck in sales!"
Bryan and Laura Hawkins had so much fun with their PIT-2-GO, they sent us this poem!!!
"If you’re tired of the status quo
And going with the flow
Running to and fro
And sometimes
eating crow
Feel the need to take it
slow?
Why not travel to the snow?
Invite your beau or bro
And bring your Pit-2-Go.
It doesn’t cost much dough
It’s even easy to stow
Really
quite nouveau
And makes a great light
show
Just bring your Pit-2-Go.
So for the romance of a French Chateau
But without a big wad to blow
Just pack a nice Bordeaux
Invite
your favorite John Doe or Margaux
Then get
ready to just lie low
With your
Pit-2-Go.
You can get lit nice and slow
Warm your mitts, don’t ya know
Drink a cuppa joe or even practice Taekwondo
Beside your very own Pit-2-Go."

"I have used our Pit-2-Go with the scouts on two occasions that didn't permit the usual ground fire. We used it during a snow camping trip in the Sierra's near Lake Tahoe in February. We noticed the fire was lacking the usual amount of annoying smoke and the heat that the sides radiated was appreciated given that we were in very cold temps. The other camping trip was to a Camporee involving several Boy Scout troops and the policy under these conditions is no ground fires. Most troops resorted to "garbage can lid fires." Everyone thought the Pit-2-Go was totally cool. The boys are always wondering if I'm planning on bring the Pit-2-Go. It is definitely a hit with these guys."

"I really like our Pit-2-Go because it gives me the option to sit around the fire and tell stories before and after I cook the meal. Most campgrounds we stay at either have a very poor cooking facility or nothing at all. Our fire in the Pit-2-Go is very safe, and in the morning I just dump the cool ashes in our trash bag, fold it and we're ready to go."

"I just want to tell you how much I have enjoyed using my PIT-2-GO, since receiving it for Father's Day in 1997. I have used it for barbeques and campfires in all kinds of conditions. My wife thinks my cooking is the best it has ever been.
The ability to change the cooking positions makes it great for different kinds of food. In January while we were at New Brighton, I was able to barbeque our steaks to perfection during a driving rain storm.
The new seafood-vegetable grill is great also. Now I won't lose those little shrimps in the fire.
Many people have come by to visit us and are amazed at the heat it puts out. We are now able to enjoy cold winter nights at Seacliff while being kept nice and warm around our PIT-2-GO."

"I thought I'd send a note to tell you how the Pit-2-Go worked on my
last couple of river trips. I took it on both the Salt River in Arizona and on
the East Fork of the Carson in California.
The Pit-2-Go met the fire pan regulations on both of those rivers. There were no fire scars left on the beaches and no ashes were left to impact other river users. Since I work as a Park Ranger and have had to clean up many charcoal pits on beaches and campsites, this was an added benefit.
I used your fire pan to barbecue, for my dutch oven and for an evening campfire. It worked great for all three. It was especially nice with the dutch oven, since it protected the coals from the winds each night on the Carson. The lighter weight was very pleasant compared to other fire pans I have used.
Again, it worked great!"

"I can't tell you how much we've enjoyed our Pit-2-Go bar-b-que to cook our meals and especially to sit around with friends and family when we use our motorhome. Our steaks and chicken taste better-than-ever cooked over oak coals and when we're done cooking, we add a few more logs and enjoy the heat it puts out as we sit around the campfire, even on those cold nights at the beach in northern California!
It takes no time at all to have our Pit-2-Go set-up and ready to use, and when we're finished, it packs away nice and clean in our motorhome. I really appreciate the durability of construction and know we will be able to use it for years to come.
We can't wait to receive our spark arrestor to use as a seafood-vegetable grill as we enjoy bar-b-quing shrimp and salmon.
Thanks for a great product!"
